Air Flamenco was established to provide flights between Puerto Rico and the islands of Culebra and Vieques. Now operating a fleet of six twin-engined light aircraft, Air Flamenco also operates internal flights on the Puerto Rican mainland as well as the US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, and Dominican Republic.
